I started in real estate eight years ago. Five hundred transactions later, I've closed deals in every kind of market and every kind of state. Sight-unseen, paper-only, and everything in between.

Today I run a portfolio of operating companies and use AI to run them better than most teams of twenty. Real estate acquisitions. Education. Commercial security. Painting. Captive lending. A lifestyle and wellness brand. A YouTube show. The thread that ties it together is simple: build something useful, run it like an operator, treat people right, and let the work compound.

I live in Lee's Summit with my wife and a puppy that thinks she runs the place.
